The citizens of Grandview will honor their historic patriotic past by gathering at 9 a.m. downtown at the Bren Plaza to commence the July 4 holiday during the 47th annual Flag Raising Ceremony.
Mayor Ashley Lara will deliver the welcoming address celebrating our country's independence.
