Event Description 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor or exhibitor for Summer Heat 3on3 Basketball Tournament 2024! We are always looking for new food vendors and exhibitors to help enhance the overall experience for the 1,000 people that are in Grandview for Summer Heat 3on3 Basketball Tournament. Booth & Fee Information: 

• 12 outdoor spaces available
• Two Day event Saturday, August 17th & Sunday, August 18th
• Vendor and Exhibitor fee $150 for a 10’ x 10’ canopy tent size/food truck

Event Details 

When: Saturday, August 17th & Sunday, August 18th 

Where: Downtown Grandview, Washington 

100 & 200 Blocks of Division Street 

100 Blocks of West Second Street 

Event Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 

Vendor Set Up and Take Down Hours 

For 2024 vendors, locations will be located on the 100 Block of EAST 2nd street. FOOD TRUCKS Move-in will take place on Friday, August 16, midday. Booth vendors will follow strict move-in requirements at 6:00am and move-out requirements 4:00 pm Saturday & Sunday. Two days, $150 vendor fee for a 10x10 space or (1 food truck.) In order to be a FOOD/DRINK vendor, all vendors must OBTAIN A YAKIMA HEALTH DISTRICT FOOD PERMIT. Street food vendors are ONLY allowed to sell FOOD approved prior to the event. Returning vendors have priority.
